President and Chief Executive Officer

Ken Saitow has more than two decades of experience providing performance improvement solutions for leading healthcare organizations across the country. He has a solid history of successfully bringing new solutions and services to market.

Ken has held operational and strategic leadership positions for a number of premier healthcare consulting firms including managing director of Huron Consulting Group’s healthcare practice. He was an owner of Stockamp & Associates Inc. and a partner within the Global Health Services Practice at Accenture.


David Nichols


Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer

David Nichols has a proven track record of bringing inventive yet practical solutions to complex business problems, especially in quickly changing markets such as healthcare.

A former UnitedHealth Group executive, David led the development of an innovative new business from ideation to commercial launch and operation. Prior to UnitedHealth Group, David held senior roles in corporate development, Internet solutions consulting, and sales force development.




Vice President of Engineering

Scott Liddick has two decades of experience building and maintaining scalable and secure software solutions across a variety of vertical markets and business segments including hospitality, digital marketing, and cloud-based application PaaS. He is currently responsible for the CareWire technology stack.

Before joining CareWire, Scott owned an independent consulting firm that provided technology services within a Fortune 500 managed services company. He also co-owned Custom Booking Solutions, Inc., which provided licensed software for hotel property management and online reservations.




Vice President of Delivery and Account Management

Troy Mashburn builds and sustains quality customer relationships for CareWire. He is accountable for the entire customer lifecycle including setup and configuration, customer service, ongoing opportunity identification, performance monitoring, and customer reporting.

Before joining CareWire, Troy was a Director at Next Street Financial and a Senior Associate with Stockamp and Associates, Inc. (now Huron Healthcare). He earned his MA in International Business and Development Economics from Tufts University.




Senior Manager of Delivery and Account Management

Michiko Hillenmeyer gets to know clients’ needs, guides them through CareWire Messenger implementation, and provides ongoing support. She ensures projects are delivered on time, on budget, and the highest level of quality.

Previously, she was a Manager at Stockamp, where she was responsible for project management of revenue cycle process improvement engagements for large health systems and academic medical centers. She earned a master’s of science degree in nursing with a focus on clinical leadership from Rush University.




Vice President of Marketing

Elizabeth Rossini has worked in marketing for nearly 20 years. She has focused primarily on healthcare, retail, and nonprofit industries, leading national and international marketing teams. Elizabeth guides all marketing activities for CareWire.

Elizabeth’s previous experience includes marketing roles at innovative healthcare companies like MinuteClinic (now owned by CVS/Caremark), NowClinic online care (UnitedHealth Group), Harken Health, and Amplifon USA, where she was CareWire’s client. She’s particularly focused on demand generation and leveraging emerging technologies and is a past president (and longtime board member) of the Minnesota Chapter of the American Marketing Association.
